Job Summary
The Account Manager II, Physician & Leadership role is the primary contact for the client regarding all program‑related details, responsible for the search process and ensuring all expectations set within the program design plans are met. The Account Manager II will collaborate with the sales lead and Solution Architect to build an association with the hiring supervisor and establish a sound understanding of all program expectations.
Job Responsibilities
Set expectations with clients regarding accounts and outcomes.
Guide and consult clients on standard methodologies.
Communicate efficiently with the Recruiting Team through weekly huddles for updates on candidate status.
Lead the final qualification of candidates provided by recruiters and may include interviewing candidates.
Communicate any candidate status changes to recruiters within 24 hours.
Report weekly activity to clients.
Own responsibility for account success.
Key Skills
Strong understanding of project management expectations.
Experience leading both clients and candidates throughout the search process.
Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential situations.
Ability to meet deadlines, multi‑task, and accomplish work in order of priority.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
Associate's Degree plus 2–5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4–7 years of work experience.
Additional Experience
Experience in a client‑facing role.
Experience in sales or account management.

Pay Rate
$23.00 – $28.50 hourly. Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
