The Role We’re looking for an experienced Associate Designer to lead and deliver high‑quality workplace interiors from concept through completion. You’ll bring a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership, working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to bring spaces to life.
What You’ll Do Lead the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept to completion
Build strong client relationships and present design concepts with confidence
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Mentor junior designers and support team development
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, AV, lighting, etc.)
Produce and review drawings, documentation, and construction details
Support site activities, RFIs, and construction administration
Contribute fresh ideas and uphold high design standards
Champion inclusive, thoughtful design solutions
What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Strong client engagement and impactful presentations
Clear communication and effective cross‑team collaboration
Continuous contribution of innovative and sustainable design ideas
What You Bring 10–12+ years in interior design, architecture, or related field (workplace experience preferred)
Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
Advanced Revit skills and strong technical detailing
Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and design trends
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
Experience with FF&E and interior detailing
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar (AIA, NCIDQ, LEED a plus)
