Neurology / IVIG Clinical Nurse Liaison – Littleton, CO
Salary: ~$90,000–$110,000 (flexible DOE, network, and contacts) + commission. $150K+ OTE
Work Model: Primarily field-based with travel across assigned territory (Greater Denver)
Our client, a growing home infusion pharmacy organization, is seeking an experienced Neurology/IVIG Clinical Nurse Liaison to support their expanding infusion services. This role is ideal for a clinically strong nurse with deep neurology experience, IVIG expertise, and established relationships within major hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with neurologists, neurology clinics, infusion teams, and hospital-based providers.
Serve as the clinical point of contact between referring providers, patients, and the organization’s infusion services.
Support IVIG patients by providing education, therapy explanations, coordination of infusion starts, and seamless care transitions.
Offer clinical expertise related to neuromuscular disorders, autoimmune conditions, and IVIG therapy.
Identify opportunities within large institutions and specialty clinics to expand the infusion referral network.
Conduct routine outreach across assigned hospitals and systems (UT Southwestern, Parkland, Baylor Scott & White, Texas Health, etc.).
Represent the organization professionally during field visits, in clinics, and in virtual meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams (AEs, intake, clinical operations) to ensure a smooth, patient-centered infusion experience.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Colorado (required).
Existing, trusted relationships within local neurology departments and/or hospital infusion clinics.
Strong background in neurology and hands-on IVIG infusion experience.
Prior experience in liaison roles, outpatient infusion centers, or hospital-based infusion environments.
Clinical confidence assessing patients, discussing treatment plans, and guiding families through IVIG therapy.
Ability to identify key decision-makers and navigate large hospital systems effectively.
Strong emphasis on neurology-focused relationship building, IVIG knowledge, and clinical credibility.
Comfort operating autonomously and developing new clinical referral pathways.
