Germany is one of the most important growth markets for Teladoc Health.
We are expanding our hospital partnerships and are looking for an Account Manager who wants real ownership and visible impact — not a corporate silo role.
This is a remote‑first position with an average of 2‑3 travel days per week to hospital clients across Germany and in general one team meeting per month in Munich, which lasts over two days.

Your Impact
Closing care gaps – Enable hospitals to deliver timely care by implementing virtual care solutions that ensure patients receive necessary follow‑ups, chronic care monitoring, and preventive interventions
Supporting acute care – Improve patient outcomes in emergency and critical care settings (ER, ICU, PICU, NICU) by facilitating faster access to specialists and telemedicine expertise
Manage and expand hospital partnerships – introduce structured client success programmes to make deployments’ success visible and gain actionable insights to drive client satisfaction
Act as trusted advisor to hospital decision‑makers
Contribute actively to our German market expansion strategy
Your Focus
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key existing clients and build trusted relationships with decision‑makers
Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics
Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and work towards expanding the company's footprint within those accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their ideas, needs, and requests, and acting as the central liaison between customers and Teladoc’s internal teams, including Technical Support, Fleet Operations, and Product Development.
What We Are Looking For
3 years’ experience in hospital software, medical devices, or digital health commercial roles
Background in complex B2B healthcare account management
Commercial mindset and negotiation strength
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel
