About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the brand's marketing efforts across various channels, including brand, performance, e-commerce, social, influencer, and lifecycle marketing. This pivotal role involves scaling customer acquisition, enhancing the brand's emotional connection with its community, and ensuring that marketing initiatives drive both brand equity and profitable growth. The VP of Growth Marketing will be responsible for owning the overall growth strategy, maintaining efficiency metrics, and identifying new growth channels. Additionally, the role requires a strong focus on brand leadership, performance marketing, data analysis, and team management. Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' of marketing leadership experience, with a preference for those who have worked in high-growth consumer brands, particularly in the fashion, beauty, or wellness sectors. The role demands a proven track record in scaling digital-first brands through performance marketing, social, and influencer ecosystems, as well as deep expertise in paid acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand marketing, storytelling, and cultural relevance, and be adept at building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Experience in fast-scaling startup or growth-stage environments, a strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach, and a background in collaborating with cross-functional teams are essential. Proficiency in AI and marketing automation is also a key requirement for this role.
