Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strategies to achieve client goals, monitoring campaign performance, and providing regular updates and insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to ensure cohesive and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management and Account Strategy skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing, Campaign Execution, and CRM tools
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, report generation, and making data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented with excellent Organizational and Project Management skills
• Capacity for working independently in a remote setting while being a proactive team player
• Previous experience managing B2B or B2C clients in a similar role is a plus
