Their tools sit inside engineering and QA workflows, helping teams catch and resolve issues before they become lawsuits. The product is enterprise-grade. The mission is real. And the business is profitable, bootstrapped, and growing.
Now they need a Senior Commercial AE to own a portfolio of mid-market accounts across North America and drive serious expansion revenue.
What you'll be doing:
🏗️ Owning a book of mid-market accounts and running multiple deals per month
📞 Building your own pipeline. Cold outreach, events, LinkedIn. This is not an inbound-fed seat
🤝 Running the full sales cycle with multi-stakeholder sign-off
📈 Landing with services then expanding into platform and recurring revenue
🧠 Selling into engineering, QA, product, and compliance buyers who care about technical detail
You should apply if:
✅ 3-6+ years as a quota-carrying AE in B2B SaaS with consistent attainment
✅ You've sold into mid-market / upper commercial accounts with complex buying processes
✅ You know how to land and grow, not just close and move on
✅ You're comfortable building pipeline without relying on SDR or marketing support
✅ Experience in technical or semi-technical SaaS (DevTools, QA, DevOps or adjacent) is a plus
✅ You can sell services + software consultatively
Lean team. Real ownership. Experienced leadership. Uncapped earnings if you execute. But if you need a constant inbound feed or only know how to run one large deal at a time, this isn't the one.
