The role of the Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive involves keeping up-to-date with changes in clients' lifestyles that might affect their risk profiles and insurance coverages. This position includes performing annual reviews of clients' insurance programs, advocating on clients' behalf during negotiations with carriers, and providing solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, the Account Executive plays a key role in generating new business by securing referrals from current clients and influential contacts while strengthening ties with existing clients. Utilizing a deep understanding of the market, they recommend suitable coverages, limits, stewardship programs, and risk management strategies. This role is essential for effectively managing a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth Clients. It entails preparing and overseeing marketing for new business and renewals at least 120 days before renewal dates, analyzing exposure data, and advising on relevant coverage improvements for High Net Worth clients. The Account Executive will also manage the quoting and renewal processes with carrier underwriters, negotiate terms as necessary, and stay updated on carrier appetites and product modifications.


The position requires a NY Property & Casualty (P&C) License and more than 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance, ideally with High Net Worth clients. Candidates should be skilled in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel, and while a college degree is preferred, professional designations such as CPCU or CIC are advantageous. Familiarity with AMS 360 or a similar platform is also beneficial. The role mandates being in the office five days a week since the company values “office synergy and professionalism.” Appropriate attire is also expected.
