Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Wholesale Account Manager at Girl Tribe Co. The role involves managing relationships with wholesale clients to ensure their needs are met, processing orders, tracking inventory, and developing strategies to grow wholesale accounts. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales, maintaining clear communication with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and improve wholesale growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Wholesale, with experience managing and growing client accounts
  • Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Sales expertise, including identifying growth opportunities and closing deals with existing and potential clients
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workload and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and wholesale management software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is beneficial
