Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team for a high-impact, 90-day engagement. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a "foot in the door" with a growing organization, as this contract has the strong potential to convert into a permanent, full-time position.

While our ideal candidate will be onsite five days a week at our Opelika office to collaborate closely with the team, we are open to discussing hybrid arrangements for the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-quality design assets across various mediums (digital, print, and social).
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate project requirements into polished visual concepts.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met during the 90-day cycle.
• Prepare final press-ready files or digital assets for handoff to production.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred).
• Technical Skills: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, typography skills, and diverse project work.
• Adaptability: Ability to hit the ground running and integrate quickly into existing workflows.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in an onsite or hybrid team setting.
