High-Impact Key Account Manager - Biosimilars (Los Angeles / San Diego Territory)

We are partnering with an established pharmaceutical organization seeking a Key Account Manager to drive biosimilar adoption across key health systems in Southern California, covering Los Angeles through San Diego.

This role is focused on engaging key stakeholders within IDNs and hospital systems, driving access, and expanding utilization within the oncology space.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $160K
• Target bonus: ~$70K (uncapped potential)
• Company car + full benefits (Medical, Dental, 401k, etc.)
• Remote role with regional travel across Southern California

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading strategic engagement across major IDNs and health systems
• Driving biosimilar adoption within oncology-focused accounts
• Navigating complex buy-and-bill environments and influencing key decision-makers

Qualifications

• Experience working within IDNs and large hospital systems
• Oncology, biosimilars, and market access
• Experience with contract negotiation, P&L, and ROI discussions
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
