Our client is a rapidly growing home services company operating in high-ticket sales.


This role is critical to the customer experience — stepping in once the initial consultation is complete to guide homeowners through financing, contract clarity, and final decision-making.


You’ll be working with warm, pre-qualified appointments where roughly 80% of the sales process has already been completed. Your job is to bring the deal across the finish line with professionalism, transparency, and confidence.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Meet homeowners in person for scheduled appointments (no cold calling)
  • Clearly explain financing options, terms, and conditions
  • Walk customers through the remaining portion of the contract
  • Answer questions and build trust through clarity and transparency
  • Validate and review the initial scope of work with the customer
  • Ensure the customer feels confident and informed before moving forward


What We’re Looking For


  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience in sales, ideally with mid- to high-ticket products/services
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain complex terms simply
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in customers’ homes
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
