We're looking to hire an Entry Level Account Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build experience in client relations, sales, and team leadership. We partner with telecom and energy clients to manage customer acquisition and territory growth throughout the greater Hartford area.
No prior account management or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training from day one.
Role overview:
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will work directly with customers, support client campaigns, and learn how to manage and grow accounts within assigned territories. This role is designed to develop you into a leadership position over time.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and manage customer accounts within assigned territories
- Execute in-person marketing and sales campaigns
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Track performance and contribute to client growth goals
- Learn the fundamentals of team leadership and campaign management

Position details:
Location: Wethersfield, CT (in-person)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 6:30pm
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 expected first-year earnings
