About the Role
The Transaction Advisory Services (Senior) will play a key role in supporting the team’s efforts in due diligence for private equity groups and companies.
Responsibilities
Conduct due diligence for middle market private equity groups and companies. Support the Transaction Advisory Services Team in various projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in related field. Good Tenure coming from a reputable CPA Firm or Specialty Consulting Office. CPA Licensed or Eligible is a PLUS!
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with financial modeling and valuation. Familiarity with private equity transactions.
Pay range and compensation package
Base Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 Bonus: Up to 10% of Base Salary Path toward TAS Upper Management Healthcare: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Plans 401k w/ Match
