
Senior Product Owner II (Only W2)

Motivate engineering teams to deliver on strategy and roadmap for the AI Agent chatbot, from development through production deployment.
Partner with business functions, IT, Risk, Business Controls & Operations, and other key partners to define and execute the AI chatbot product strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Lines of Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Fraud, Architecture, and related functions to support chatbot delivery.
Provide transparency and ongoing communications with stakeholders on chatbot development progress and production performance.
Make decisions to drive key outcomes in support of regulatory and compliance needs, new revenue growth, process optimization, and analytics related to the AI chatbot.
Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment) of the AI Agent chatbot.
Solve problems and make decisions with engineering and subject matter experts to drive the best outcomes for the chatbot and the customer experience.
Engage with research teams for customer usability testing and validation of chatbot interactions.
Partner with third-party AI and platform vendors to manage product releases, remediate defects/outages, and ensure seamless chatbot experiences.
Maintain product documentation, training materials, and knowledge bases specific to the AI chatbot.
Support a Agile mindset across product teams, maintaining a healthy backlog and participating in team ceremonies.
Evangelize chatbot capabilities and roadmap to internal groups
