Our client, a B2B enterprise fintech startup, is seeking a
Strategy & Operations Associate
to join its growing team.
About the role: We're looking for a high-caliber, intellectually curious operator who thrives at the center of complex enterprise deals without carrying a sales quota. This person will play a critical role in driving deals forward—combining analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong communication to support revenue growth.
What you'll do: Support enterprise deals by developing solution frameworks, sales collateral, and data-driven insights Program manage late-stage deals from post-pilot through close, including building compelling narratives and executive-ready decks Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs, align stakeholders, and keep deals moving forward Participate in customer calls and run QBRs alongside sales teams Use data and structured thinking to navigate challenges and help drive deals to close
What they're looking for: 4–7 years of experience in MBB consulting (required), with additional startup or high-intensity environment experience preferred Strong track record of performance in consulting with exposure to complex problem-solving and client-facing work Ability to create clear, compelling, and high-quality presentations that drive executive alignment Comfort working with data and engaging with technical concepts (basic SQL or coding familiarity is a plus) Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset (e.g., side projects, founding experience, or independent initiatives) Strong critical thinking skills—able to form opinions, navigate ambiguity, and ask insightful questions Excellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence Interest &experience leveraging AI tools thoughtfully to enhance problem-solving and execution
