Well-established multifamily developer to place a Lead Superintendent on a significant ground-up project in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a 242-unit, three-story garden-style development requiring an experienced field leader who can take the project from dirt to Certificate of Occupancy independently.
This is a senior field leadership role within a larger organization. The right candidate will be comfortable running a full site team, making autonomous decisions on the ground, and delivering a large multifamily project to schedule, budget, and quality standards without requiring senior oversight above them.
