Job Details Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active bar admission in Maryland Significant experience handling complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development transactions Proven ability to independently manage transactions and advise clients on strategic legal and business considerations Experience negotiating and drafting sophisticated commercial agreements and related documents Prior experience supervising, mentoring, or collaborating with junior attorneys and staff preferred Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships Interested in hearing more?
