Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Teller

to join a high-touch, client-focused branch environment. This is a dual-role position with a stronger emphasis on customer service, as teller activity is relatively light. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, coachable individual who thrives in an affluent banking environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience while growing within the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized and professional service Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking needs Perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling as needed Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through bank products and services Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless branch experience

Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish required Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Coachable and open to feedback and development Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Desire to grow within the bank and take on increased responsibilities over time
