Investor Services Representative
to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our investors.
The Opportunity This role is the
front line of our investor experience
— serving as a key point of contact for investors, financial advisors, and registered representatives.
You’ll combine customer service, operations, and attention to detail to ensure investor requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do Serve as the primary contact for investor inquiries via phone and email Manage inbound/outbound communications, including statements, distributions, and tax documents Support investor portal access and troubleshooting Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and transactions Coordinate with transfer agents to ensure timely processing and delivery of materials Perform data entry, reporting, and quality control checks Support document management and compliance requirements Assist with administrative tasks, including occasional front desk support
What You Bring Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Professional, service-oriented mindset with strong written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Collaborative approach when working with internal teams and external partners Experience with CRM or document management systems is a plus Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through
Education & Experience High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of administrative, operational, or customer support experience Experience in financial services, energy, or investment environments is a plus
