* Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, friends & family tickets, etc.)## Qualifications**Basic Qualifications:*** Previous hotel housekeeping or public area experience required.* Supervisory or lead experience preferred.* Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.* Ability to lead, coach, and hold staff accountable.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.* Ability to bend, lift, and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs.* Ability to conduct inspections throughout the property, including stairs and multiple levels.* Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and daily assignment sheets.* Ability to communicate clearly with guests, vendors, and employees.* Ability to apply good judgment in routine and unexpected situations.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.It is the policy of Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC to provide equal opportunity and employment to all staff and applicants.
