Role Overview
The Events & Recognition Manager leads the strategy, planning, and execution of global incentive trips, corporate events, and recognition initiatives that support THREE’s brand ambassador community. This role manages the Events & Recognition Coordinator and oversees the operational execution of events while ensuring experiences align with the company’s mission and global growth. The Events & Recognition Manager works cross-functionally with multiple departments including marketing, communications, leadership teams, and international markets, including close collaboration with our Asia Pacific team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, positive, and high-energy — someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading both strategy and execution to create meaningful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Incentive Trips
Lead planning and execution of global incentive trips and company events
Oversee travel logistics, event production, vendors, and on-site execution
Ensure consistent and high-quality event experiences across global markets
Identify opportunities to elevate event experiences and ambassador engagement
Recognition Lead strategy and execution of ambassador recognition initiatives including rank advancements and milestone celebrations Oversee recognition efforts and ensure it is completed weekly Develop new recognition experiences that strengthen ambassador engagement
Budget & Operations Manage event budgets, expenses, and financial reporting Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and relationship management Maintain event timelines, systems, and operational processes
Travel Requirements International travel and domestic travel approximately 5 times per year Ability to support on-site event execution when needed Passport required
Qualifications Required
3–5 years experience in event management, hospitality, or experiential marketing Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage complex logistics and high-pressure environments
Preferred Experience working in the direct selling / network marketing industry Experience managing incentive travel programs Experience leading event teams or coordinators

The Events & Recognition Manager ensures experiences are thoughtfully executed, budgets are responsibly managed, and cross-functional teams remain aligned. Just as important, success means being present and engaged with our brand ambassadors: building relationships, celebrating milestones, and actively participating in the experiences we create. Location & Work Structure: Lehi, Utah Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM In-Person
