We are seeking a Performance Ads Specialist for out global technology clients to drive and optimize offsite campaigns across Google Shopping and Meta. This role sits within a fast-paced advertising operations environment and focuses on owning campaign execution, improving product feed performance, and delivering conversion-driven results. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to scale performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Performance Max (PMax), Standard Shopping, and Meta campaigns to drive offsite conversions
- Monitor product feed health in Google Merchant Center and Meta; resolve disapprovals, pricing, and availability issues
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions) to improve competitiveness and performance
- Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Share of Voice) and deliver actionable insights
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to troubleshoot and scale campaigns
- Lead A/B testing and support innovation across retail media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Leverage first-party data and remarketing strategies (RLSAs) to improve targeting
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in performance marketing or advertising operations
- Experience with Google Shopping Ads (GMC) and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex product feeds or large catalogs
- Familiarity with feed optimization and technical troubleshooting
- Experience building processes or SOPs
- Understanding of attribution models and performance metrics
