Customer Service Representative

What You’ll Do Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt and courteous support. Educate customers about services, payment options, and promotional offers. Manage account inquiries related. Assist customers in resolving overdue balances and prepare collection notices. Maintain accurate account records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Process payments (credit card and cash) and perform accurate data entry. Assemble welcome kits, account materials, and test transponders.
Requirements Must pass a pre-employment background check. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of
recent customer service experience . Call center experience strongly preferred (inbound and outbound). Ability to handle high call volumes and diffuse challenging customer situations. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Spanish language skills a plus). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or call center software desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform mathematical calculations. Must pass a pre-employment background check (periodic checks required).
