WHAT YOUR DAY AS A SERVICE COORDINATOR - CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST *ACTUALLY* LOOKS LIKE Here's the kind of work you'll be excited to dive into:

Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to keep operations running smoothly.

Communicate clearly with customers and technicians, confirming service requests, equipment details, warranties, and parts.

Optimize routes and solve challenges on the fly to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Each day brings fresh challenges, opportunities to shine, and the chance to make a real difference for our clients and team.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR SERVICE COORDINATOR - CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

OR

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Enjoy evenings and weekends off!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Our customer service team would love to hear from you if you:

Have experience in a service department, dispatching, or customer service role

Are highly organized and great at multitasking

Communicate clearly and professionally

Are comfortable with computers and typing

Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the industrial or automotive industry

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
