School Director – responsible for the overall success of the school, creating a safe, healthy environment, and fostering a culture where children and team members thrive. Responsibilities
Create and maintain a high‑quality culture for families and staff, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment aligned with Primrose values. Collaborate strategically with the onsite franchisee owner to uphold brand standards and elevate the school experience. Consistently uphold all Primrose Schools brand standards, delivering a high‑quality, premium experience in every classroom interaction. Create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment for all children. Communicate clearly and proactively with children, parents, and staff to build trust and a strong community. Support each child’s individual learning needs while fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Actively participate in ongoing professional development to continuously elevate teaching quality. Benefits
