This position supports the bank’s call center.

As a Client Services & Solutions Specialist you will provide exceptional client experiences and act as a critical line of defense in fraud prevention.

You will handle client questions, complaints, and banking inquiries via multiple channels, utilizing effective communication, probing questions, and critical thinking to ascertain client needs and identify any areas of fraud.

Your role involves navigating various systems and programs, providing internal and external Online Banking and Bill Payment support, resolving client concerns, and offering relevant solutions for clients’ personal banking needs.

Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures and processes are essential.

All associates are expected to build rapport with clients and team members, treating them with respect and consideration regardless of status or position.

Maintaining current knowledge and compliance with regulations and bank policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements, is required.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

High School Education or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience within a bank call center.

Basic knowledge of call center protocol and client servicing experience.

Basic level of work experience, knowledge, and training in a call center environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Candidates should possess some of the following qualifications.

Experience with bank call center/client servicing.

3+ years of relevant job experience.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Fraud detection experience strongly desired.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build peer and/or team cohesiveness.

Logical thinking, analysis, and ability to provide appropriate solutions, including personal banking products.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate resolutions.

Provide awareness on digital banking tools and general instruction to enhance the client user experience.

Ability to manage difficult and stressful situations in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsiveness and flexibility; ability to adapt to changes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and vendor web solutions.

Remote work environment.

Hours may vary from 8 am‑7 pm CT Monday‑Friday and alternating Saturdays 9 am‑2 pm CT.

Ability to work at a rapid pace for long periods (typically no longer than 8 hours) and to work overtime as necessary is required.
