Title: Sr. Business Analyst, Contract Performance Management Group
Locatio: Hybrid in San Diego or Franklin Lakes Preferred; Remote is acceptable for the right candidate
Job description:
Daily Tasks
o Pulling customer sales data from client systems and sales reports & comparing against contractual commitments
o Running contract shortfall analysis using existing shortfall calculator in MS excel
o Proposing solutions & insights to recover contract shortfall based on analytics
Desired Skillset
Business/financial acumen: Understanding of basics of Profit & Loss drivers e.g. price, volume (units), revenue, margin, etc.
o Analytical skills: Familiarity with MS Excel, ability to manage & process large amount of data using pivot tables, macros, etc. and identify patterns
o Interpersonal skills including ability to communicate data and information challenges
o Logic, piecing gaps together
o Attention to detail, clear documentation
o Basic knowledge of stitching together different datasets in excel
Experience in lieu of education: At least 2 years of working experience inclusive of Commercial Management, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing or Sales
Operations experience.
