Job Summary As a Senior Product Associate in the Wires, International, and Blockchain Payments team, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of product experience and platform features. You will focus on enhancing customer experience through both user-facing features and platform capabilities, collaborating with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new product opportunities that align with customer needs and market demands through user research and data analysis.
Lead the development and implementation of experience and platform capabilities within the Wires ecosystem.
Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features for customers.
Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development life cycle.
Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications, working closely with scrum teams to compile rollout and release plans.
Work closely with LRCC partners to ensure the product features meet all legal, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
Proven track record of executing end-to-end product delivery for complex, large-scale initiatives.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.
Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in product or analytics-related fields preferred.
Product experience in the payments or financial industry.
Knowledge of common payments rails and related regulations and compliance requirements.
