designed to equip future leaders with hands‑on experience across our core business divisions. Through this
rotational leadership program , you’ll gain a deep operational understanding of Mustang’s business, products, and customers by working across Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales.
This program is ideal for recent graduates ready to launch a long‑term career in
industrial equipment , customer operations, and business leadership.
What You’ll Do in the Leadership Development Program This immersive
career development program
will prepare you to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment. You’ll rotate through key departments while building relationships, technical skills, and leadership competencies. Responsibilities include:
Build relationships with customers and employees at all levels
Fulfill day‑to‑day responsibilities within your assigned department
Rotate through multiple business units for cross‑functional exposure
Receive personalized mentorship and one‑on‑one manager training
Participate in lunch‑and‑learns with Mustang Cat executives
Complete presentations and business‑impact projects
Grow into a leadership role within the organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Eager to join a dynamic team and contribute to shared goals
Self‑motivated and resilient in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to “think on your feet”
Interest in the
heavy equipment
