The Leasing Professional-Floating
role is responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential property. The ideal candidate will have high energy, an enthusiastic desire to make a real difference in people’s lives and a commitment to anticipate and exceed the expectations of our residents and clients.
Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact with prospective residents, current residents, vendors and associates
Tour, qualify and sell the property’s features to prospective and current residents
Manage the leasing, closing and move in process with our new residents and current residents
Ability to determine the customer’s needs, resolve and/or
Fostering new relationships with our customers
Customer friendly personality as well as your ability to diffuse/resolve difficult situations while nurturing relationships
Strong administrative and computer skills, as this position will manage various tasks, like managing lease files, updating paperwork, and completing marketing/advertising tasks as needed
Qualifications
1 year in a Leasing position preferred
1 year in a Customer Service position required
Equipment An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools, including mop, broom, vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaning equipment, buffer, step ladder, full ladder, hand tools, key-cutting machine, hand truck, wheelbarrow.
Paid time off
Work Hours This is a fulltime position, 40 hours a week. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 – 5:30, and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
