PERSONAL TRAINING MANAGER - Morristown, NJ Would you like to join one of the fastest growing fitness franchises in the world? Job Responsibilities

Hire, manage, train & develop personal training staff.

Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services. Follow up with and manage leads.

Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up. Understand reporting and implementation of course correction.

Keep up with client program design to maximize client results.

Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.

Education Level: High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Current CPR

Certifications (One or more of the following):

NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification and/or B.S. in Exercise Science Current CPR

Experience: 1-2 Years as a Personal Trainer preferred

Preferred: Prior management experience in gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3- 10 employees

Preferred: Consultative sales experience

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, and create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public

Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds
