Assistant Golf Professional

Overview Stonehenge Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and team-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our staff. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in a strong work ethic, is highly coachable, and is eager to be fully immersed in every aspect of a high-quality golf operation. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a willingness to learn while contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests in all areas of the golf operation

Assist with daily golf shop operations, including merchandising, tee sheet management, and point-of-sale systems

Support tournament and event operations from planning through execution, including scoring, staging, and on-course setup

Conduct and assist with individual and group instruction, junior programming, and player development initiatives

Manage outside operations as needed, including cart fleet, practice facilities, and pace of play

Enforce club policies and uphold the highest standards of golf etiquette and professionalism

Collaborate with the professional staff to continually improve the golf experience and operational efficiency

Be willing to step into any role necessary to support the success of the operation
