Domino’s is seeking Customer Service Representatives to work in-store, handling orders and delivering excellent customer service.
Pay: $16–18 per hour with opportunities for advancement. Full-time or part-time positions available. Work may include weekends.

Customer service reps handle in‑store and telephone orders, operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and maintain a clean facility. Responsibilities
Take and process orders over the phone and in person Enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen Operate all store equipment (oven, cooler, etc.) Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler Prepare product (pizza assembly, toppings, etc.) Meet strict quality‑control standards and handle repetitive tasks under tight time constraints Clean equipment and facility daily Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) accurately and quickly, including correct monetary change Demonstrate verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing Exhibit motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise, rapid movements with speed Use calculator when needed Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders, both over the phone and in person Work Conditions
Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ in some work areas Sudden changes in temperature inside the work area and while outside Fumes from food odors Exposure to cornmeal dust Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts Temperaments / Traits
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality‑control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older Positive, energetic, outgoing, team player willing to learn Ability to meet the physical demands of the job and work any shift, including weekends
