Role Summary Purpose
To lead the conceptualization and execution of complex floral installations using a blend of traditional botanical techniques and AI-driven visualization tools.
Impact This role bridges the gap between physical organic art and digital media, ensuring our studio remains a leader in sustainable, tech-forward floral design while complying with emerging EU digital regulations.
Team Structure Part of the Creative Production Team, collaborating with 3 Digital Artists, 2 Sustainability Officers, and 4 Junior Florists.
Reports To Creative Director
Working Conditions Travel Required 20%
Standard business hours with occasional weekend/evening shifts for event installations.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours) during installations. Lifting and moving floral containers up to 15kg.
