This position will work a schedule of
Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm .
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR ASSISTED LIVING DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR As our Dining Room Manager, your main mission will be to provide impeccable service and ensure that our residents enjoy delicious, top‑notch meals every single day. In this challenging but rewarding role, you'll have the unique opportunity to schedule, organize, supervise, and train our dedicated dining services team, making sure that everything runs as smooth as silk. Plus, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and infection‑free environment, ensuring the safety and well‑being of our residents. Are you a strong communicator, confident in making decisions while also being accountable and empathetic? We are looking for someone open to doing things differently, who isn't afraid to try new things.
Here’s what we need from you:
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA
Passion for working with seniors
Leadership skills
Experience in a dining environment is required
Management experience supervising multiple employees is required,
and the ability to work with high school‑aged team members
The following is preferred but not required:
Experience in a restaurant or the dietary department of a health care facility
Experience working at a senior living facility
Experience as a manager at an assisted living facility
