Los Angeles

The Practice Our real estate team advises domestic and international clients across all asset classes. Core areas include:
"Dirt" real estate work, including acquisitions and dispositions
Real estate finance (refinancings, acquisition, bridge, construction, and mezzanine loans)
Commercial leasing (office, retail, and ground leasing)
Joint ventures and structuring tax‑efficient ownership structures
Property management, brokerage agreements, and SNDAs

Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and advance complex real estate transactions from inception through closing
Manage due diligence, including title and survey review
Create and manage closing/due diligence checklists and coordinate closings
Contribute to business development by writing articles, attending industry events, and building networks with peer firms and intermediaries
Qualifications
3-5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
Strong academic credentials (J.D. required; LL.M. is a plus)
Admission to the California Bar
Proactive project management skills and strong attention to detail
Domestic real estate experience required; international/cross-border experience is a plus
