We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the Grain & Hop Store venue. This role is responsible for driving bookings, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales across events, corporate functions, and group business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This venue has a huge opportunity for secondary spaces, as well as competitive socialising and the home for sport in the city.

Social media awareness to support event promotion and drive engagement.
Experience managing event bookings from enquiry through to delivery
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously
Creative approach to maximising venue space
Strong understanding of the local market and competitor landscape
