This is an onsite role based out of our office in Doral, FL. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. MUST have previous experiential experience overseeing clients within an agency environment. The Account Director is responsible for leading the planning, strategy, ideation, sell-through and execution of retail-centric marketing initiatives for key accounts. This role is responsible for managing and growing key account relationships and ensuring that clients are dutifully serviced based on established scopes of work and client protocols. Also, the Account Director will have sales responsibilities, including the preparation and presentation of prospective client sales pitches or proposals, along with the selling and upselling of marketing services to current and/or future clients. Job Responsibilities

Lead the cross functional planning process for marketing initiatives for key retail clients, inclusive of strategic and tactical plan development, proposal creation, execution and optimization. Educate clients on key service offerings by positioning as solutions for consumer engagement needs by maintaining a clear understanding of the client's target audience, industry, competitive landscape, and business objective. Supervise and/or directly manage program execution, budgets, deliverables, timelines, and post-promotional reporting in accordance with company systems and processes. Develop strong client relationships through effective communication, flawless execution and proactive recommendations to continuously grow client business. Make autonomous decisions that are aligned with client and company goals. Manage direct reports, ensuring accountability, strong results, and alignment with the company's service-oriented culture. Minimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: 9+ years of experience in agency, brand or consumer products. Experience in event execution or experiential marketing required. Experience in digital, social media marketing and/or content development is a plus. Relevant marketing experience in food and beverage space is strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required. No exceptions. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships. Good interpersonal skills, along with the ability to collaborate across entire organization along with being able to build relationships with external vendors and clients. Proven leader with the desire and ability to build strong teams and grow talent. Passionate individual willing to immerse him/herself in their work. Superior communication skills: oral, written and listening. Ability to work effectively with management. Manages time effectively to allow oversight of multiple workstreams that may have competing deadlines. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently and effectively set priorities and deliver on time. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers. Problem Solving

Able to internalize client business needs and develop strategic solutions that employ Loud And Live's unique suite of capabilities. Must be flexible when necessary; able and willing to explore and test new ways of doing things; must not remain set in ways to the detriment of the Company's competitiveness. Must show initiative and possess the ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly and effectively. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Constant: During working hours; incumbent will be mostly sitting down in front of a computer. Occasional: Flexibility and willingness to work unconventional hours (nights and weekends) when necessary.
