About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Manager, Marketing Operations to support the CMO and broader marketing organization.
This is a high-impact, operationally critical role at the center of our marketing engine, owning how programs get executed, how budgets are managed, and how marketing connects to revenue.
You will sit at the intersection of events, operations, sales alignment, and content execution, ensuring that marketing runs efficiently and delivers measurable outcomes.

You’ll help ensure that:
Events convert into real business opportunities
Marketing spend is intentional and measurable
Sales and marketing operate as one unified system
The team can scale efficiently as the company grows
Responsibilities 1. Own Event Strategy & Execution (End-to-End)
Lead planning and execution of all marketing events, including:
Sponsored conferences
Hosted events (VIP dinners, roundtables, summits)
Partner activations
Earned speaking engagements
Manage logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site execution
Coordinate closely with sales on attendee targeting, meeting scheduling, and follow-up
Ensure events drive pipeline, not just awareness
Events are a core growth lever at zerohash, supporting both relationship‑building and deal progression.
2. Run Marketing Operations & Budget Management
Own marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Manage vendor contracts, billing, and invoicing across the marketing team
Ensure spend aligns with priorities and ROI expectations
Build and maintain operational systems that keep the team running efficiently
3. Support Marketing and Sales Alignment
Partner with Sales to:
Track event ROI and pipeline impact
Coordinate meetings, outreach, and follow-ups
Support account‑based and targeted marketing efforts
Help ensure marketing activity translates into measurable revenue outcomes
4. Project Management Across the Marketing Org
Act as the central point of coordination across large‑scale marketing initiatives
Keep timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders aligned
Bring structure to a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment
In charge of invoicing, payments, and budget management across the org
5. Support Content & Campaign Execution
Assist with development and execution of:
Social media content
Reports and thought leadership
Event‑related content and collateral
Work with internal stakeholders and partners to gather inputs and shape messaging
Requirements Core Skills
3-5 years experience (Marketing Manager level) or 5+ years experience (Senior Manager / Head of Marketing Ops level) in marketing operations, program management, or marketing execution roles
Proven experience managing events end-to-end (B2B, fintech, or enterprise preferred)
Strong operational rigor: budgeting, invoicing, vendor management
Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
Experience in fintech, financial services, or crypto/digital assets is strongly preferred
Communication & Collaboration
Strong writer with the ability to support content and messaging development
Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfortable working across:
Sales
Product
External partners and vendors
Ability to influence without authority and drive outcomes cross‑functionally
Mindset
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and execution‑driven
