Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $119,500 - $161,300 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Execute premium dining experiences that elevate guest expectations across select Sportservice locations. Contribute to the creation and refinement of the Patina Group Standards Playbook with clear frameworks and actionable hospitality standards. Partner with the Vice President of Premium Hospitality to deliver strategic brand partnerships that enhance premium dining experiences. Integrate Patina Group brand standards into Sportservice premium operations to differentiate Delaware North in targeted venues. Train unit teams and conduct on‑site team member trainings to embed Patina Group culture and uphold consistent premium standards. Lead opening timelines for new units by organizing resources and supporting launches in select stadiums and arenas. Evaluate quality, guest satisfaction, and operational performance while driving adoption of food safety, health, alcohol service, front of house, and sustainability standards. More about you

Minimum of 3 years of operational experience, with multi‑unit opening experience preferred. Extensive experience in restaurant operations, premium dining, food and beverage operations, and brand development. Prior experience in a guest service environment preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a track record of building relationships across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is a plus. Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work during inclusive nights and weekends based on event schedule.
