This is a strong opportunity for a proven perioperative leader to step into a Director-level role overseeing a growing surgical services program. Reporting into executive leadership, you'll have full accountability for clinical quality, operations, and financial performance across perioperative services.
What You’ll Own
Full leadership oversight of Surgical Services (OR, PACU, Pre/Post, and related areas)
Drive operational performance: case flow, efficiency, staffing, and patient outcomes
Lead budgeting, productivity, and resource management to meet financial targets
Ensure regulatory readiness, compliance, and patient safety standards
Partner closely with physicians and leadership to improve service line performance
Mentor and develop managers and clinical leaders, building a high-performing team
Lead performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice adoption
Handle escalations including physician relations, patient concerns, and team dynamics
What You Bring
RN license (Texas)
BSN required; MSN preferred
3–5+ years of leadership experience at Manager level or above
Strong perioperative background (OR required)
Track record of driving operational and financial results
Ability to lead teams, influence physicians, and execute on strategic initiatives
BLS certification required
