Location: Framingham, Massachusetts Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour We are seeking a Creative Specialist for a hands‑on, production‑focused role. Supporting the Creative Lead, you will produce on‑brand content to inform and inspire our global workforce across presentations, intranet, email, and video. This junior‑level position is perfect for a proactive creator with an eye for detail and a drive to bring creative concepts to life within established brand guidelines. Responsibilities Creative Production & Execution Produce and adapt creative assets across formats (graphics, templates, simple motion, photo selects, basic video cuts) to support internal communications deliverables. Apply brand standards consistently (layout, typography, color, imagery) and flag exceptions to the Creative Specialist. Prepare files for distribution across channels (correct sizing, compression, accessibility checks, versioning, and QA). Presentations Support the Creative Specialist and Internal Communications partners by building and polishing clear, engaging slide decks. Format layouts, apply brand templates, create simple animations, and turn complex content into clean visuals (charts, diagrams, icons, timelines). Maintain and organize presentation templates and reusable slide assets. Intranet & Internal Social Create intranet‑ready graphics and simple image edits (cropping, retouching, resizing, optimization). Support publishing workflows by preparing assets and coordinating with content owners (as applicable). Track basic performance metrics (page views, clicks, engagement) and help compile reports and insights. Email & Newsletter Support Support the design and production of internal email communications (visual layout, module building, image prep, and QA). Assist with HTML email production where needed (basic structure and edits), testing, and troubleshooting across devices. Support newsletter operations such as asset preparation, scheduling, distribution coordination, and performance reporting. Digital Signage & Multi‑Site Communications Create, resize, and schedule signage assets that are visually compelling and easy to read in physical spaces. Support localization needs by preparing versions for different regions or locations (as directed). Internal Marketing Campaigns & Collateral Support execution of internal campaigns with creative assets across digital and print‑posters, banners, digital toolkits, event collateral, and quick‑turn requests. Help manage production logistics (proofreading, file prep, vendor coordination support, delivery timelines). Basic Video & Photography Support Assist with simple video edits (cutdowns, captions, title cards, basic audio cleanup) under the direction of the Creative Lead. Use tools such as Synthesia (where applicable) and/or video editing software to support faster content creation. Support event photography (as needed): post‑production selects/edits, asset tagging, and storage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design plus 2-4 years of progressively sophisticated content creation experience. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent ability to apply and perform design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development and layout, film and photography that is supported by a portfolio of creative content and design. Strong familiarity with current trends, color, and design. Ability to work cooperatively and proactively within a team, share ideas, develop effective solutions, and give advice. Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes. Highly organized, works with a sense of urgency and is calm under pressure. Comfortable engaging with executive‑level stakeholders. This role is based in Framingham, MA and is subject to the local hybrid work policy. This role is designed for 40 hours/week.
