About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team to drive client-facing campaign execution and sales enablement. This role is designed for a marketer who thrives in managing complex initiatives, building strong client relationships, and using data to drive better performance. With a focus on multi-channel campaign management—including demand generation, product, and networking events—this position requires someone equally comfortable in execution and client communication. This role is specifically for our ‘Insights’ business unit: https://www.wbresearch.com/insights What You'll Do: Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of client campaigns (email, paid ads, content syndication, ABM) to meet lead generation and engagement goals. Customer Success: Partner with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products or services, acting as the relationship manager between the client and internal stakeholders. Demand Generation: Help execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, product, and other parts of the business, to align marketing efforts and produce data-driven results. Performance Measurement and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, using data on key account management, new business, win-backs, and retention, to drive decisions on current and future sales strategy. Email Marketing: Develop and execute HTML email campaigns, ensuring brand alignment and performance optimization. Content & Visibility: Partner with the Insights team on social/content integration and plan onsite activities to drive engagement and brand awareness. Creative Support: Design templates to support product rollouts, rebrands, and other marketing initiatives. Who You Are: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or a similar role. Customer Success, Business Development and or Demand Gen experience is a plus. Project Management: Exceptional organizational, process-driven, and attention to detail a must. Proven Success/ Measurable KPIs: A record of accomplishment in creating successful data-driven marketing campaigns and leading teams to achieve ambitious goals. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Results‑Oriented: A passion for achieving results and continuously seeking out ways to improve. Qualifications 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience in campaign management or customer success, ideally within an agency, events, or SaaS/technology company. Strong background in client communication and relationship management. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and creative platforms. Ability to analyze marketing performance and translate insights into action. Creative skills for developing templates, presentations, and client-ready deliverables. Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple, parallel initiatives. What's in It for You?
