About the job Employee Benefits Account Manager About the Role of Employee Benefits Account Manager We are seeking a bilingual Japanese-English Insurance Account Manager to join our team! This role involves working closely with corporate clients -primarily Japanese companies- to support and manage group employee benefits plans. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients regarding employee benefits
Handle day-to-day inquiries and coordinate with insurance carriers
Guide clients through benefit plan selection, renewals, and compliance
Build lasting relationships by understanding clients' business culture and needs
Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in onboarding new clients
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level)
Prior experience in employee benefits account management is required
Must hold an active Health & Life Insurance License
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience working with Japanese companies is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday)* Flexible schedule available
Compensation $85,000 - $100,000 per year (DOE)
*Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
