About the Role
We’re looking for a Affiliate / Performance PR Specialist to sit at the intersection of earned media, commerce, and creator partnerships, driving measurable revenue through PR. This role is ideal for someone who understands that PR is no longer just awareness; it’s performance, and knows how to connect editorial, creators, and affiliate infrastructure into a cohesive growth engine. You’ll oversee affiliate strategy across beauty, wellness, and lifestyle clients ensuring every placement, partnership, and campaign is optimized for conversion, revenue, and ROI.
What You’ll Do
Affiliate & Performance Strategy
Own and manage affiliate programs across platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin
Develop and execute performance-driven PR strategies that tie earned media to revenue
Build and optimize commission structures, partner tiers, and incentives
Identify growth opportunities across content commerce, loyalty, sub-affiliate, and creator ecosystems
Media & Publisher Partnerships
Build and manage relationships with commerce editors, affiliate managers, and media partners
Secure high-impact placements across top-tier commerce and lifestyle outlets
Negotiate placements, inclusions, and paid + hybrid affiliate opportunities
Align editorial calendars with key retail moments (BFCM, holiday, seasonal drops)
Program Optimization & Reporting
Track and analyze performance across traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue
Build monthly reports with clear insights and optimization recommendations
Manage UTM strategy, attribution, and backend analytics
Continuously optimize partner mix and placements for ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with PR, influencer, and paid teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
Educate internal teams and clients on affiliate best practices and performance PR
Support new business by contributing to affiliate strategy + revenue projections
What We’re Looking For
4-8+ years experience in affiliate marketing, performance PR, or partnerships
Strong background in beauty, wellness, or CPG brands
Deep experience with platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin
Proven track record of driving measurable revenue + ROI through affiliate programs
Experience working with publishers, commerce editors, and creator platforms
Strong understanding of performance models (CPA, CPL, CPC, Rev Share)
Ability to translate PR placements into revenue-driving opportunities
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
