Lyons Leather Co. | Remote (U.S. preferred)Lyons Leather Co. is looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media & Community Manager to help grow and nurture our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands how to turn social platforms into growth channels, and can build meaningful relationships with our audience, affiliates, and creators.You'll work closely with the founder and marketing team to expand our reach, increase engagement, and turn followers into loyal customers and brand advocates.This is a part-time contractor role to start (10–20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow as the brand scales.About Lyons Leather Co.Lyons Leather Co. is a Colorado-based leather goods brand known for our convertible leather pouches and thoughtfully designed accessories. Our products are crafted in small batches from full-grain leather and designed for people who want to own fewer, better things.We believe in building a brand people feel connected to — not just products they buy.ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Growth & EngagementManage and grow Lyons Leather Co.'s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and FacebookDevelop and execute a content strategy focused on engagement, reach, and brand storytellingSchedule and publish posts, reels, and short-form video contentMonitor comments and DMs and engage with our audience in an authentic, brand-aligned voiceIdentify trends and opportunities to increase organic reachContent CreationCreate original content yourself including short-form video, lifestyle photography, and social postsCapture or produce UGC-style content that feels native to each platformEdit video and photo content for both organic social and paid advertisingWork with the team to plan shoots and coordinate creator content when neededContent Funnel ManagementHelp build and manage a content funnel that supports both organic and paid marketingIdentify high-performing organic content that can be adapted into paid ad creativeDevelop concepts and creative hooks that can be tested in advertisingCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader growth campaignsCommunity ManagementManage and nurture our Facebook fan communityEncourage conversation, engagement, and user-generated contentBuild deeper relationships with our most loyal customersInfluencer & Affiliate Program ManagementManage and expand our affiliate and influencer programIdentify and recruit creators who align with the Lyons brandCoordinate product gifting and partnershipsTrack performance and optimize collaborations based on resultsData-Driven Social StrategyAnalyze social performance across platformsTrack key metrics such as:click-through ratescreator performanceUse data and insights to continuously refine content strategyWhat We're Looking ForHas 2–5+ years managing brand social media accountsIs both creative and analyticalIs comfortable creating content themselves, not just managing creatorsUnderstands how to grow organic engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and PinterestHas experience managing influencers, creators, or affiliate programsIs comfortable analyzing data and adjusting strategy accordinglyIs highly organized and proactiveIs excited to help build a brand community, not just post contentHave experience with DTC or Shopify brandsHave worked with UGC creators or influencer seedingLove thoughtful design, travel, fashion, or lifestyle brandsPart-time contractor (10–20 hours per week)RemoteOpportunity to grow with the brandCompensation: $40-$55/hour depending on experience with opportunity for bonuses based on meeting KPIs and performanceHow to ApplyPlease include:Links to social accounts you've managedKPIs regarding accounts you have grownExamples of content you've created (personally)A short note about why you'd be excited to work with Lyons Leather Co.J-18808-Ljbffr
