Overview UI/UX Designer & Developer (Senior)  — Work Location: Remote  | Employment Type: Full-Time SMX Pay Rate (High): $76.62/hr  |  SMX Pay Rate (Low – 5% Reduction): $72.79/hr Position Summary The UI/UX Designer & Developer shall design and implement intuitive, accessible, and consistent user interfaces for enterprise Government systems. Technical & Functional Responsibilities Owns: User research, IA, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns Accessibility (WCAG 2.x AA) and usability compliance Design system/pattern library and dev-ready specs Supports Partners with Developers for pixel/behavior fidelity Provides UX acceptance criteria; QA validates accessibility/usability against criteria Technology Required Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD; HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript Works within Angular/.NET front-end integration and CI/CD workflow Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of UI/UX experience Experience designing enterprise or mission-critical systems Strong understanding of accessibility standards Education Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field Certifications UX or accessibility certifications (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
