AdMedia is actively searching for a proactive and dynamic VP of Search Advertising Sales to oversee, coach, and motivate our quickly scaling Sales team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the development and growth of our enterprise sellers.Reporting to the CEO, you will work collaboratively with members of the Sales team to guide, mentor, and offer consistent feedback, training, and encouragement to elevate performance.Ultimately, you will ensure AdMedia hits our sales and revenue goals. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided. This is a remote position.ResponsibilitiesQuickly become well versed in our industry-leading products and services across search, mobile and display advertisingSupport AdMedia\'s sales team in driving sales growth strategies and help design the team workflowEnsure the team has clear goals and objectives and is supported as they work to achieve themIdentify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functionsMonitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tacticsBuild and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovationMaintain accurate and updated CRM dataRequired Experience and QualificationsAbility to work remotelyBachelor\'s degree; 5+ years hands-on people management experience10+ years in online search advertising salesDemonstrated history of cultivating sales teams and hitting revenue milestonesRobust analytical, forecasting, and organizational skillsStellar communication and people skillsWill be a quick-study on the search / PPC / performance advertising market, as well as its dovetailing with brand marketingMedical Insurance - 100% of EE Premiums CoveredJ-18808-Ljbffr
