VP of Sales, Search Advertising

AdMedia is actively searching for a proactive and dynamic VP of Search Advertising Sales to oversee, coach, and motivate our quickly scaling Sales team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the development and growth of our enterprise sellers.

Reporting to the CEO, you will work collaboratively with members of the Sales team to guide, mentor, and offer consistent feedback, training, and encouragement to elevate performance.

Ultimately, you will ensure AdMedia hits our sales and revenue goals. Initial and ongoing technical training on our products and services will be provided. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly become well versed in our industry-leading products and services across search, mobile and display advertising
  • Support AdMedia\'s sales team in driving sales growth strategies and help design the team workflow
  • Ensure the team has clear goals and objectives and is supported as they work to achieve them
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM data

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Ability to work remotely
  • Bachelor\'s degree; 5+ years hands-on people management experience
  • 10+ years in online search advertising sales
  • Demonstrated history of cultivating sales teams and hitting revenue milestones
  • Robust analytical, forecasting, and organizational skills
  • Stellar communication and people skills
  • Will be a quick-study on the search / PPC / performance advertising market, as well as its dovetailing with brand marketing
